Oddities & Ends operates this online store and website, including the information, content, features, products and services made available through it. Our store is powered by Shopify.
By visiting our website, browsing our store or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and our other policies, including our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.
These Terms do not exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) or any other rights that cannot legally be excluded.
1. ONLINE STORE
You must be legally capable of entering into a purchase agreement to place an order through our store.
You agree not to use our products or website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable Australian law.
You must not transmit viruses, malicious code or other material intended to interfere with the operation or security of our website.
2. PRODUCTS
We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, photographs, specifications and other information displayed on our website are accurate.
Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen, device and settings.
As we operate an online retail and dropshipping business, some products are supplied and dispatched directly by third-party suppliers or fulfilment partners.
Product availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities where reasonably necessary.

3. ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable, an incorrect price has been displayed, payment cannot be processed, fraud is suspected or we cannot fulfil the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will provide an appropriate refund.
Please check your order information carefully before submitting your order.
Once an order has entered processing or fulfilment, we may not be able to change or cancel it.
Your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
4. PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices displayed on our Australian store are in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

Shipping charges, where applicable, will be displayed during checkout.

Because Oddities & Ends uses dropshipping and third-party fulfilment suppliers, products may be dispatched directly from a supplier to the customer’s nominated delivery address.
If you purchase multiple products, they may be dispatched separately and may arrive at different times.
We are not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control, but we will assist customers where there is an issue with an order or delivery.
Please ensure that the delivery address supplied at checkout is accurate.

6. RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CONSUMER GUARANTEES
Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and the Australian Consumer Law.
Under the Australian Consumer Law, goods sold to consumers come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded.
Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy if a product fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee.

Your order remains a purchase from Oddities & Ends unless clearly stated otherwise.

9. SHOPIFY
Oddities & Ends is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce technology used to operate our online store.
Purchases made through our store are transactions between you and Oddities & Ends. Shopify provides the technology platform and is not the seller of the products offered by Oddities & Ends.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Content belonging to Oddities & Ends, including our branding, logos, original text, graphics and other original materials, may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Third-party trademarks, product images, descriptions and other materials remain the property of their respective owners or licensors.
